I am delighted to announce that, following thorough negotiations, we finalized an agreement last night with the publicly traded company Accel Solutions Ltd. to acquire a 51% stake in INTENSITY-Global Group. This acquisition demonstrates a significant vote of confidence in our capabilities and marks a crucial step forward in expanding and leading the cybersecurity sector particularly in the realm of Incident Response (IR).
I take great pride in INTENSITY-Global's journey to become the leading company in the cybersecurity industry, distinguished by our quality service and professionalism. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our clients, business partners, employees, and colleagues for their unwavering support and trust in our vision.
With the increasing frequency of cyberattacks on companies and organizations, the IR field has gained prominence, and the demand for our comprehensive solutions has surged. By integrating with Accel Solutions and forming a cybersecurity Group that includes Accel's subsidiaries, we will pioneer new advancements in this market, both within Israel and internationally.
